This year I decided to write a blog post because I wanted him to know how appreciated he is but I … More Happy Father’s Day to a wonderful Daddy

Life after binge eating disorder

Jun 8, 2018

Recently I started reading Bodyposipanda’s book “body positive power” … honestly I’ve wanted to read this book for a while but I always was slightly nervous to start. I knew it would change the way I think and I was scared that if I read it,it would be the nail in the coffin and my … More Life after binge eating disorder

Perranporth Beach with the grandparents | Cornwall Days Out |

Jun 8, 2018

Last weekend Josh had his friends to stay so it was just me & the girls staying over at my parents house. We decided to head to Perranporth Beach, it’s a huge beach so we knew it would never feel too busy. It’s a bit of a walk from the car park to the beach … More Perranporth Beach with the grandparents | Cornwall Days Out |

Reaching Goals | My fitness journey part 4

Jun 4, 2018

So I wanted to give a little update on how my fitness journey is going. So in my last update I mentioned how I was tracking my calories and I’m still doing that. I’ve kind of made it more of a lifestyle now so I don’t need to track everything but I just have a … More Reaching Goals | My fitness journey part 4

Feel so blessed to spend my life with @joshua.marler who is endlessly kind, loving & supportive. So excited for our future together! #2020herewecome
Such a fantastic weekend at Phil & Emma's wedding in the toon! Lovely getting together with so many friends โค
Winter beach โ„๐ŸŒŠ we had the place to ourselves for a lot of this afternoon! Definitely an upside of winter, the downside is that the toilets were closed and I had to hold a wee in for 4 hours ๐Ÿ˜‚
Best buddies ๐Ÿ‘ญ๐Ÿผ they have been so enjoyable to be around recently, long may it continue!
Another little festive throwback as I've been stuck in uni the past 2 days feeling far from festive! Love this photo from 2 years a go, reading the nativity story to the girls. Last night I got home and Josh and the girls were reenacting this particular story with Josh being the donkey, who (Mary) Dotty - with a stuffed dog up her top - was riding. Margot was the inn keeper and waffle doggy was baby Jesus ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ when the girls had just turned one 2 years a go we decided not to put our normal tree up as it was a recipe for disaster so we got this little one instead and had it out of their reach!
One of my favourite festive photos ever ๐Ÿ˜‚ hope this brightens your Monday
