Hey everyone Today’s post this father’s day is in honour of one very special person. My husband, the girls’ daddy! Last year was Josh’s first father’s day and I made this video for him. This year I decided to write a blog post because I wanted him to know how appreciated he is but I … More Happy Father’s Day to a wonderful Daddy

Life after binge eating disorder

Jun 8, 2018

Recently I started reading Bodyposipanda’s book “body positive power” … honestly I’ve wanted to read this book for a while but I always was slightly nervous to start. I knew it would change the way I think and I was scared that if I read it,it would be the nail in the coffin and my … More Life after binge eating disorder

Perranporth Beach with the grandparents | Cornwall Days Out |

Jun 8, 2018

Last weekend Josh had his friends to stay so it was just me & the girls staying over at my parents house. We decided to head to Perranporth Beach, it’s a huge beach so we knew it would never feel too busy. It’s a bit of a walk from the car park to the beach … More Perranporth Beach with the grandparents | Cornwall Days Out |

Reaching Goals | My fitness journey part 4

Jun 4, 2018

So I wanted to give a little update on how my fitness journey is going. So in my last update I mentioned how I was tracking my calories and I’m still doing that. I’ve kind of made it more of a lifestyle now so I don’t need to track everything but I just have a … More Reaching Goals | My fitness journey part 4

My girl is getting really in to drawing just like her daddy. Yesterday, it had gone quiet and I started panicking as to what she was doing. I walked in to the living room to find that she had got her colouring book and crayons out and was just sat quietly drawing on her own ❤ it was so lovely. Today she was drawing shapes and managed to draw a circle, rectangle and triangle! I was so surprised and amazed that she could do that with no prompt. But perhaps the best thing was that Dotty was constantly looking at Margot's drawings and saying "wow that's really brilliant Margot" made my heart hurt a little bit ❤
Another day, another swing set 😂
We've had such a good day today 😊 normally staying home is a formula for disaster however the girls were playing so nicely this morning and it was so chilled. We then did some baking, had lunch, watched a movie and spent a while in the garden. I was going to take them to the park but the day was going so well I decided to just have a day at home and I've managed to get quite a bit of house work done too. I really don't like school half terms because everywhere is soo busy and the girls are so small they end up getting knocked over and pushed around so it's good that we've had a day at home today!!
Blue sky can make anything look and feel better 💙
Training again today 💪 supposed to be my long distance run today but we've been so unwell this week that I needed to take it slow as I've not run all week. So just 3.5 miles today, it was really giving me spring vibes seeing all the little lambies and it was still light at 5.30pm! Although I'm not ready to say that spring is on the way because I remember last year, it was freezing til May!!! We've had a really lovely weekend together 😊 today has been all about church, home made soup, the jungle book, house sorting, roast dinner and now finally watching the Fyre documentary! Hope everyone has had a great weekend 😊
Well we just watched A Star is Born 😭😭 and it made me think just how much I love my husband ❤❤❤
